Returns & refunds
We want you to love your linens. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return on eligible items.

Email us
Write to support@ebacph.shop with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Get your return label
We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address.

Send it back
Pack items unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.

Receive your refund
Once received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What can be returned
Items in unused, unwashed condition, in their original packaging and with any tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, items worn next to the skin — bathrobes, spa headbands and wraps, hair towel wraps, and similar — cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the item was faulty.
