1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a business day are usually processed the same day.
2. Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom to most countries. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you and refund your order.
3. Shipping methods & carriers
We use established postal and courier services. The carrier may vary by destination and order size.
4. Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
5. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $65 USD. Below that threshold, a flat $8 USD fee applies, shown at checkout before payment. All charges are in USD.
6. Customs, duties & import taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check your local import thresholds before ordering.
7. Order tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
8. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@ebacph.shop and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
9. Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, though we’ll always try to help.
