4. Products & descriptions
We take care to describe products accurately, including fibre content, origin and care. Colours may vary slightly between screens and batches; such variation is not a defect. Each product page states what is included.
5. Pricing & currency
All prices are shown and charged in USD and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT where relevant. Import duties and taxes for international deliveries are the customer’s responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
6. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
7. Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers. Your card statement will show as “EBACPH STORE”. We do not store full card details.

9. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may have the right to cancel within 14 days, subject to exclusions for hygiene items worn next to the skin. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
