1. Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have a statutory right to cancel certain orders within 14 days.
2. Conditions for return
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- In original packaging with any tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase / order number.
3. Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, items worn next to the skin — bathrobes, spa headbands and wraps, hair towel wraps, and similar — cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. How to start a return
Email support@ebacph.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions plus the return address.
5. Return address & costs
Returns are sent to the address we provide on approval. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we issue refunds per our Refund Policy — to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.
8. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. We’ll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.
