What currency are prices in?+
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD), wherever you shop from.
What will appear on my card statement?+
Your card statement will show as “EBACPH STORE”.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment details are never stored on our servers.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We ship from the UK to most countries. See our Shipping page for estimates and costs.
Is shipping free?+
Standard shipping is free on orders over $65 USD. Below that, a flat $8 USD fee applies.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?+
For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the price.
Returns & refunds
What’s your return window?+
14 days from delivery on eligible, unused items. See Returns & Refunds.
Are there items I can’t return?+
For hygiene reasons, items worn next to the skin (robes, headbands, hair wraps) can’t be returned once opened or used, unless faulty.

What are your textiles made of?+
Each product page lists its full fibre content, country of origin and care instructions.
Are your kids’ items safe?+
Our hooded kids towel is designed plain and character-free, with no cords or small detachable parts, following EN 71 material safety principles.
How should I wash my towels?+
Machine wash warm with like colours, tumble dry low, and skip fabric softener to keep them absorbent. Always follow the care label.
